From Boise Take Eagle Road Exit off I-84; go past Chinden Intersection headed north to Eagle. Just before the third light, you need to be in the right hand lane to turn right toward Boise, but you are heading for Highway 55. Do you know how to get on Highway 55 heading north to Horseshoe Bend, McCall? If you do, take 55 through Horseshoe Bend, after you pass the railroad tracks, you go up a small incline and at the top is a Blinker light, take a left that is Highway 52. Go 8 miles give or take a couple tenths of a mile and you will turn left on Montour Road (you will go past the Montour Store on the right and the left is Montour Road) and if you miss that, there is a Restaurant at that intersection, that means you have gone too far. Turn around and turn right onto Montour Road. Take the first right past 4 or 5 mailboxes on the right, it is a Private Road, blue sign. Take the next right and that is my driveway, 5491, beige house, purple trim, grey shop and the Warm Fuzzy Center! Red/white Aussie (Nakota) and you have the right place. Travel time from State and Highway 55 (past the Home Depot) is 45 minutes depending on your driving speed. Really looking forward to you coming here! Thank you so much. Diana Directions from Emmett - 30 more minutes to get to my home. Take a right at that light - Washington (Chevron on the NE corner), Stay on Washington through town, across the RR tracks, across the Payette River, past the Cemetery on the West side, through the Blinker light, continue going heading North till you see a Stop sign up ahead. You do not go to the stop sign, but follow the right hand lane curving east towards Black Canyon Dam. (From here you have approx. 12 more miles) Go past the Dam and when you see the Triangle Restaurant further down on the north side, you take the next right turn, which is Montour Road. Then take the next immediate right, dirt road, take the first driveway on the right; Beige house / Purple Trim / Grey shop / Warm Fuzzy Center / Flight habitats in the back. You have made it. Nakota my Red-Tri Aussie will jump on you; (put your knee up to stop him) he loves to greet most people. |
